Attic fans
An attic fan moves hot air out in summer and helps keep moisture from sitting in the attic in winter. Sea Level Construction installs and maintains attic fans for homes on the Eastern Shore.
What the fan does
- Pushes hot attic air out so the living space stays easier to cool
- Moves moist air so it is less likely to sit on the wood and insulation
- Installation and later maintenance of the fan and its circuit
