Pool wiring

Pool wiring is the power for pumps, heaters, filtration, lighting, and covers, plus the bonding and grounding that keep the water safe. The electrical work is planned before the pool is built and coordinated with the pool contractor, including the electrical permits.

What gets wired

  • Dedicated circuits for pumps, heaters, and filtration
  • Panel upgrades when the existing service cannot carry the pool
  • Bonding and grounding of the metal in and around the pool
  • Lighting and other pool equipment
