Is this a small repair or a remodel?
It can be either. Sea Level Construction takes large-scale renovations and smaller construction jobs. No job is too large or too small. The difference is the scope you describe, not a minimum size.

What counts as a repair?
A repair is a defined fix: a drywall patch, a toilet replacement that leaves the tile, a door, a section of siding, or an electrical problem. Drywall covers patches as well as new board. A shower can be replaced without remodeling the rest of the bath.
What counts as a remodel?
A remodel is the larger rebuild: a bathroom, a kitchen, an addition, or a room where several trades have to be scheduled together. Remodeling is its own service. The remodeling ideas pages are the project types, including baths, kitchens, decks, and storage.
How do you describe it on the call?
Say what is broken or what has to change, the town, and whether other fixtures or rooms stay as they are. Pricing options and a timeline are discussed for that scope. Call 443-513-0208.
