Can the shower be replaced without remodeling the whole bathroom?
Yes. Showers are their own service. A full bathroom remodel is optional. Tell Sea Level Construction whether the toilet, the tub, or the vanity stays.

What can stay in the room?
The toilet, the tub, and the vanity can stay when the request is the shower. Say so on the call. If the tub is being removed, that is the toilet and tub service together with the shower service.
Which trades show up on a shower-only job?
Showers go with bathroom tile and plumbing. Framing is part of it when the alcove changes. Electrical is added when the shower needs a light or a circuit. Drywall is added where a wall was opened. A shower that stays in the same opening does not automatically open the rest of the bath.
What should you look at before you call?
Note whether the shower is the only wet surface being replaced, whether the valve or the drain has to move, and whether the surrounding wall or floor tile has to come out. Size, tile, and plumbing changes are what determine the job. Brands are chosen for that shower, not published as a standard package.
