Is the outside finish tile, stone, stucco, or siding?
Siding, Drivit / stucco, and stonework are separate exterior finishes. A building can use more than one, and stone can stop where siding starts. Tile is not that wall. Tile is the floor and wall installation, and bathroom tile is the wet room.

Which finishes can share a wall?
Siding, Drivit / stucco, and stonework can be discussed together when a building uses more than one. Stucco is a wall finish, not a structural repair by itself. Wall area and the condition of the wall underneath are what to describe. Windows and doors can be part of the same job when the finish meets an opening.
Is stone the same as tile?
No. Stonework is the stone finish, inside or outside. Tile is the general floor and wall installation. Bathroom tile is the wet-room tile in a bath. Material options are discussed for the job.
Is siding only for houses?
Siding is an exterior service for the homes and businesses Sea Level Construction already serves. Roofing and gutters are the trades at the top of that wall when water is part of the problem.
