What if the new window is a different size, or the siding and trim around it have to be redone?
Windows, siding, and trim can be scheduled together. If the new window is a different size, framing covers the opening that changes. The window is in the wall, and the interior trim around it is the finish.

What stays the same, and what changes the wall?
Window work is the opening and the unit. When the size stays the same, siding and trim around the window can still be part of the visit. When the opening itself changes, framing is the service that sets the new size. Doors follow the same idea: an exterior door can include the siding where the wall finish meets the opening.
Who does the trim?
Trim is the casing after the unit is in. Windows and trim can be scheduled together. Paint is not a service Sea Level Construction offers. Ask what state the trim will be left in.
What should you count?
