What changes the cost of a shower or bathroom project?
Sea Level Construction does not publish a bathroom price. The cost follows the room you describe: the size, the surfaces, and whether plumbing, framing, or other fixtures have to change.

What changes the cost of a shower?
Shower cost follows the size of the shower, the tile, and whether the plumbing changes. Framing is an added factor when the alcove changes. A shower that leaves the toilet, tub, and vanity in place is a smaller scope than a full bath.
What changes the cost of the tile?
Bathroom tile cost follows the size of the room and which surfaces are being tiled. Shower walls, the floor, and a full bath are different amounts of tile. General tile outside the bath is a separate service.
What changes the cost of a toilet, tub, or vanity?
A toilet swap is a smaller job than a tub that also needs tile and a shower valve. Access, the fixture, and any floor repair are the toilet and tub factors. A vanity adds the bath cabinet, the sink, and the plumbing for the supply and drain. Floor tile can be scheduled with the vanity when the bath floor is part of the work.
What will not be a published number?
Fixture brands, tile brands, and a fixed price are not published. Ask for pricing options for the bathroom you have. Call 443-513-0208 with the town and what is being replaced.
