What gets a house ready to show?
The job can be a punch list or a larger update: a bath, a kitchen, flooring, lighting, windows, doors, or a repair that buyers will see. Tell us which rooms are part of the list.
Paint is not offered. Drywall and trim are, when the walls or the edges need work before the house is shown.
Do you sell the house?
No. The work is the building. A realtor, if you have one, stays the person who lists and sells the home.
