Siding, roofing, gutters, and stucco
Exterior updates cover siding, roofing, gutters, and stucco for homes that take coastal weather.

Siding and stucco are the wall finishes. Roofing is the roof. Gutters carry water off that roof.
Coverage is the Eastern Shore towns, from the Ocean Pines shop.

Should the roof, gutters, and siding be one job?
They can be. Roofing, gutters, and siding can be planned as one exterior project. They meet at the edge of the roof and the top of the wall. Gutters also stand on their own.
On this coast, a clogged or undersized gutter shows up as overflow at the eaves and staining on the wall. Siding is the service for that wall. Gutter work is the installation, planned with roofing and siding. Material options are discussed for the job.
Is the wall siding, stucco, or stone?
Siding, Drivit / stucco, and stonework are separate finishes. A building can use more than one, and stone can stop where siding starts. Stucco is a wall finish, not a structural repair by itself.
Stonework is not tile. Tile is the floor and wall installation, including bathroom tile. Stonework can be inside or outside. Material options are discussed for the wall you have.
When are windows or a deck a different project?
Windows and doors are the openings in the same wall. They are their own project when the work is the openings rather than the skin of the house. If the new window is a different size, framing covers that opening, and the siding around it can be part of the visit.
Decks and porches are outdoor living, unless the house wall beside them is part of the work. Call 443-513-0208 with the material you have now, what is failing, and whether the roof and the walls are both in the job.
