Bathroom remodeling on the Eastern Shore
Bathroom remodeling is a room to remodel and relax in, built as a private retreat. It is a sanctuary.

A bath project can include bathroom tile, showers, toilets, tubs, vanities, sinks, and the plumbing that feeds them. The finishes are chosen with the client.
The same work applies to a primary home, a rental property, or a vacation home that has to be ready for the season. The shop is in Ocean Pines.

What can be part of a bathroom remodel?
Bathroom tile, showers, toilet and tub work, vanities and sinks, and plumbing can all be part of one bath. Lighting covers the fixtures. Drywall covers walls that were opened. Trim finishes the edges. Framing is added only when the alcove or the walls change.
A bath can be one room or part of a larger remodel. Tell Sea Level Construction which fixtures stay and which surfaces are being replaced.
Can one company handle the tile, plumbing, and electrical?
Yes. Plumbing, bathroom tile, showers, electrical, and drywall are all Sea Level Construction services. The wet surface and the wall board can stay on one schedule.
Paint is not a service Sea Level Construction offers. Drywall and trim are. Ask how the board will be finished when the walls are part of the bath.
Should the bathroom keep the tub, get a shower, or include both?
Showers are their own service, from a replacement surround to a tiled shower. Toilet and tub work is a separate service. A room can include a shower, a tub, or both.
Showers and toilet and tub work can both be done, so a room that changes from one fixture to the other is discussed as those two services.
Can the shower be replaced without remodeling the whole bathroom?
Yes. A shower can be a replacement in the existing alcove. The toilet, the tub, and the vanity can stay. Say so when you describe the room.
Framing enters the job only if the alcove changes. Plumbing covers the valve and the drain. Bathroom tile covers the wet surfaces around that fixture.
What changes the cost of a bathroom remodel?
The cost follows the room: the size, the tile, whether plumbing moves, and whether the toilet, tub, vanity, or alcove changes.
A surround replacement and a fully tiled shower are different scopes. Glass, a bench, or a niche are options to ask about. Call 443-513-0208 with the town and the room.
